Tsohon Ministan Shari'a na Najeriya Micheal Aondoaka ya baiyana wa kotu cewa tsohon shugaban Najeriya Muhammadu Buhari yayi rufa-rufa kan zargin badaƙala ta Naira biliyan 29 da ake ga tsohon gwamnan jahar Adamawa Murtala Nyako tun bayan saukar sa a mulki a shekarar 2015.
An sake gurfanar da tsohon gwamnan na Adamawa da ɗansa Abdulaziz Nyako Alhamisɗinnan a wata babbar kotu da ke Abuja bisa zargin yin sama da fãdi da Naira biliyan 29, zargin da aka fara shari'a kansa tun ranar 8 ga watan Yulin shekarar 2015.
Tsohon ministan shari'an ya fadawa alkali, mai Shari'a Peter Lifu cewa, tsohon shugaban Najeriya Muhammadu Buhari ya umurci tsohon ministan shari'a na lokacin sa Abubakar Malami ya nemi hanyar sasantawa da hukumar EFCC dan ganin a janye wannan ƙãra.
EFCC dai tana tuhumar Nyakon da ɗansa, da kuma wasu guda biyu Zulƙifik Abba da Abubakar Aliyu da wasu Kamfanoni guda uku Blue Opal Ltd, da Tower Assets Management Ltd da kuma Crust Energy Ltd da laifuka 37 da suka hada da zargin sãta, hadin baki da kuma yin karan tsaye ga dokokin aikin ofis.
